摘要
为改善凝胶注模Al_(2)O_(3)基陶瓷型芯的高温强度和烧结收缩,向陶瓷浆料中添加短切Al_(2)O_(3)纤维。首先研究了含纤维陶瓷浆料的粘度和充型性能,在此基础上探讨了纤维对型芯高温强度和烧结收缩率的影响。结果表明:纤维的最优添加量为1.5 wt%,型芯坯体能够充型完整,型芯1500℃高温强度和烧结收缩率分别为15.22 MPa和0.44%。纤维-基体界面脱粘和纤维断裂的综合作用,改善了型芯的高温强度,纤维对型芯材料烧结致密化的阻碍作用降低了型芯的烧结收缩率。
In order to improve the high-temperature strength and sintering shrinkage of Al_(2)O_(3)-based ceramic cores formed by gelcasting,chopped Al_(2)O_(3) fibers were added into the ceramic slurry.First,the viscosity and filling properties of the ceramic slurry containing fibers were researched,then the effects of fiber content on the high-temperature strength and sintering shrinkage of the ceramic core were investigated.The results showed that the optimal amount of fiber was 1.5 wt%,ceramic core body could be filled perfectly,the high-temperature strength at 1500℃ and sintering shrinkage of the ceramic core were 15.22 MPa and 0.44%,respectively.The combined effect of fiber-matrix interface debonding and fiber fracture improved the high-temperature strength of the ceramic core,and the resistance of fiber to sintering densification reduced the sintering shrinkage of the ceramic core.
