摘要
牙周牙髓联合病变是中老年群体中较常见的口腔疾病,其诊断及治疗复杂。本文首先通过文献检索(PubMed和维普全文数据库)与泛读,筛选出与牙周牙髓联合病变直接相关的近15年(2005—2020年)的文献共164篇。进一步通过文献精读、资料汇总与分析,就牙周牙髓联合病变的发病机制及危险因素、诊断及鉴别诊断、分类、治疗及预后等方面研究进展进行了综述,目的是为其临床诊治提供参考和指导。
Combined periodontal-endodontic lesions is a common oral disease among the middle-aged and elderly population,whose diagnosis and treatment are usually complicated.In this study,a total of 164 literatures directly related to combined periodontal-endodontic lesions in recent 15 years(2005—2020)were screened out through literature retrieval(PubMed and VIP full-text databases)and extensive reading.Then,an intensive reading,data summary and analysis of the selected literatures were done,and the research progress of the pathogenesis and risk factor,diagnose and differential diagnosis,classification,treatment,and prognosis associated with combined periodontal-endodontic lesions were reviewed,aiming at providing a guidance for its clinical diagnosis and treatment.
