摘要
以钢纤维混凝土为研究对象,对影响其碳化深度的因素进行分析;以0%,0.5%,1%,1.5%,2%的钢纤维体积率作为纤维掺量影响指标进行对比,从龄期、抗压强度等影响因素入手,对其最优钢纤维掺量进行研究;基于传统的线性拟合算法,提出了一种改进的二阶拟合预测模型。通过C30混凝土的碳化深度试验对比,相比于传统的计算法,本方法可提高10%的预测精度,具有较高的预测准确性。
As one of the most important indexes of concrete, carbonization index is particularly significant in durability analysis.In order to further study the factors influencing the carbonization depth of fiber reinforced concrete, this paper takes steel fiber reinforced concrete as the research object to analyze the factors influencing the carbonization depth of fiber reinforced concrete.The steel fiber volume ratios of 0%,0.5%,1%,1.5%,and 2% were used as the influence indicators of fiber content, and the optimal steel fiber content was determined from the factors such as age and compressive strength.Based on the traditional linear fitting method, an improved second-order fitting prediction model is proposed.The carbonization depth test of C30 concrete revealed that compared with the traditional calculation method, the method proposed in this paper can improve the prediction accuracy by 10%.
