基于内容分析法的医学院校教师教学学术研究热点分析

摘要 目的分析来自我国24所医学院校教师的教学学术研究课题,探索我国医学院校教师教学学术研究趋势。方法对南方医科大学-FAIMER区域中心项目成员的60份教学学术研究课题进行内容分析,运用NVivo 12软件统计研究主题和关键词。结果我国医学院校教师教学学术研究主要围绕六大类主题展开,即教学方法、课程建设、学习评价、临床教学、教师发展和组织发展。结论教学方法和课程改革是我国医学院校教师教学学术研究的主流;学习评价方法研究是我国医学院校教师教学学术研究的重点;教师发展是我国医学院校教师教学学术水平提升的必要条件。 Objective By analyzing the teaching research topics of faculty members from 24 medical universities in China,this paper aims to explore the trend of scholarship of teaching faculties in medical universities in China.Methods The contents of 60 teaching research projects of the Southern Medical University-FAIMER Regional Institute Fellows were analyzed,and the subjects and key words were identified by NVivo 12.Results The academic research on scholarship of teaching in Chinese medical universities was mainly carried out on six categories of topics;which are teaching methods,curriculum design,learning assessment,clinical teaching,faculty development and organizational development.Conclusion Teaching methods and curriculum reform are the research mainstream of scholarship of teaching in medical universities in China;studies on learning assessment should be paid more attention;faculty development is necessary improving the scholarship of teaching in medical universities.
