摘要
为了深入研究与挖掘优异种质资源潜力,对高油大豆种质合丰50特点与育种利用效果进行了研究。该种质具有含油量高(22.57%)、丰产性好、抗逆性强、适应性好及优良性状遗传力高等突出特点,集优良性状与基因于一体。作为品种生产直接利用,年最大推广面积64.9 hm^( 2),累计推广面积445.9万hm^( 2),增产大豆17.5亿kg,创社会效益66.3亿元。作为种质资源利用,先后育成了高油大豆新品种17个,油分含量≥21.24%,平均值为22.42%,最高值为24.13%,其中大豆新品种合农75油分含量为23.40%,2019年推广面积达50.7万hm^( 2),2015—2019年累计推广面积157.7万hm^( 2),增产大豆5.4亿kg,创经济效益20.3亿元。该种质既是优良品种又是优异种质资源,具有非常好的应用前景与利用价值。
In order to further study and excavate the potential of excellent germplasm resources,the characteristics and breeding utilization of high-oil soybean germplasm Hefeng 50 were studied.The germplasm was characterized by high oil content(22.57%),good yield,strong resistance to adversity,good adaptability,which integrated excellent characters and gene into one.As a direct use of variety production,the maximum annual extension area was 64.9 hm^( 2),and the accumulative extension area was 4.46 million hm^( 2).The soybean yield was 1.75 billion kg,and the social benefit was 6.63 billion yuan.As germplasm resources,17 new soybean varieties with high oil content were developed successively,with oil content≥21.24%,average value of 22.42%and highest value of 24.13%.Among them,the oil content of a new soybean variety,Henong 75,was 23.40%.The promoted area reached 507000 hm^( 2) in 2019,and the accumulated promoted area reached 1.577 million hm^( 2) from 2015 to 2019.The increased soybean yield was 540 million kg,and the economic benefit was 2.03 billion yuan.This germplasm was not only an excellent variety but also an excellent germplasm resource,which had a very good application prospect and utilization value.
