摘要
目的探究肺癌超声造影参数与新生血管相关性。方法选择149例肺癌患者为研究对象,对其实施超声造影检查,对所有患者实施常规病理检查及CD34免疫组织染色,计算其血管密度,按照病理检查结果将患者分为腺癌组(87例)和鳞癌组(62例),使用时间强度曲线分析计算腺癌和鳞癌患者峰值强度及增强强度指数,对比2组新生血管密度,并计算超声造影参数强度与新生血管密度之间的相关性,将患者按照肿瘤大小进行分组,对比新生血管密度。结果腺癌患者新生血管密度、造影峰值强度、强度指数均高于鳞癌患者(P<0.05);腺癌超声造影峰值强度及强度指数与其新生血管密度呈正相关联系(P<0.05),鳞癌超声造影峰值强度及强度指数与其新生血管密度呈正相关联系(P<0.05);随着肿瘤直径的增大,新生血管密度呈现增长趋势(P<0.05)。结论肺癌超声造影能够反应肺癌患者新生血管密度情况,同时新生血管密度与肺癌瘤体大小具有相关性,可使用肺癌超声造影对肺癌患者血流灌注情况进行判别。
Objective To explore the correlation between the parameters of ultrasound contrast and neovascularization in lung cancer patients.Methods A total of 149 patients with lung cancer were selected as the research subjects,and ultrasound contrast examination was performed on them.All of them were subject to routine pathological examination and CD34 immunotissue staining as well,and their blood vessel density was measured.The patients were divided into adenocarcinoma group(87 cases)and squamous cell carcinoma group(62 cases)according to the results of the pathological examination.The time-intensity curve analysis was used to calculate the peak intensity and enhancement intensity index of patients with adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma.The neovascularization density of the two groups was compared,and the correlation between the intensity of ultrasound contrast parameters and neovascularization density was calculated.Results The neovascularization density,peak intensity and intensity index of contrast in adenocarcinoma patients were all higher than those in patients with squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05).The peak intensity and intensity index of ultrasound contrast in patients with adenocarcinoma were positively correlated with neovascularization density(P<0.05),and the peak intensity and intensity index of ultrasound contrast were positively correlated with the neovascularization density in patients with squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05).As the diameters of tumors increased,the density of neovascularization showed an increasing trend(P<0.05).Conclusion The ultrasound contrast of lung cancer can more accurately reflect the neovascularization density of lung cancer patients.At the same time,the neovascularization density is correlated with the size of lung cancer tumors.It is believed that the blood perfusion of lung cancer patients can be discriminated by contrast-enhanced ultrasound.
