摘要
在分析刀具状态监控系统关键技术的基础上,结合航空结构件数控铣削加工领域对刀具状态监控系统的研究,分析了ARTIS系统的组成、工作原理和应用方法,介绍了智能刀柄和视觉检测方法的研究进展,给出了各种加工过程刀具状态监控系统的研发建议和应用展望。
Based on the analysis of key technologies of cutting tool monitor systems and experience of using the ARTIS system, the the basic information and application methods of the system were introduced. Some suggestions and further prospects were given out.
