摘要
为定量分析路用集料颗粒的轮廓形状、棱角特征及纹理表面起伏特征,应用非接触式近景白光扫描仪,获取了集料表面的特征点阵,建立了颗粒的实体模型。采用6个相互独立的特征参数分别表征集料颗粒在不同层次的三维形貌特征,给出了基于集料扫描点云数据的特征参数计算与分析方法。定量评价了4种岩性路用集料的三维形貌特征,同时开展了集料的磨光试验,探讨了三维粗糙度指标的适用性。试验结果表明:球度指标可以表征集料形状的紧凑程度,形状因子指标可以区分颗粒形状的针片属性,椭球度指标可以分析集料整体的尖锐棱角特征;表面最大曲率可用于识别颗粒的局部棱角特征,二维粗糙度指标可用于描述集料表面轮廓曲线起伏程度的各向异性特征,三维粗糙度指标适用于评价集料轮廓面纹理在细观层次上的凹凸起伏幅度;在本研究试验条件下,当集料的球度值大于0.76、形状因子值在0.80~1.20范围内、椭球度值介于0.71~0.88间时,颗粒的形状与棱角性符合路用要求,有利于在沥青混凝土中形成相互嵌挤的集料骨架结构;当集料的三维粗糙度系数大于11.0时,颗粒的表面纹理较为粗糙,有利于沥青与集料在接触面上起到良好的物理吸附作用。
In order to quantitatively analyze the shape,angularity and roughness of road aggregate particles,the characteristic lattice of the aggregate contour surface is obtained by using non-contact close-range white light scanner,and the solid model of the particles is established.The multi-level features of 3 D morphology of the aggregate particles are described by 6 independent characteristic parameters,and the methods for calculating and analyzing the characteristic parameters based on the cloud data of the aggregate scanning points are presented.The 3 D morphologies of 4 kinds of lithological road aggregates are quantitatively evaluated,the polishing test of the aggregate is carried out to discuss the applicability of the 3 D roughness indicators.The experimental result shows that(1)the sphericity indicator can describe the compactness of aggregate shape,the shape factor indicator can distinguish the needle-flake properties of the particle shape,and the ellipsoid indicator can analyze the sharp edges and corners of the aggregate;(2)the maximum surface curvature can be used to identify the local angular features of particles,the 2 D roughness indicator can be used to describe the anisotropic characteristics of the anisotropic characteristics of surface profile of aggregate,and the 3 D roughness indicator is suitable for evaluating the roughness of the aggregate surface texture at the mesoscopic level;(3)under the experimental conditions of this research,when the sphericity value of the aggregate is greater than 0.76,the shape factor value is in the range of 0.80 to 1.20,and the ellipsoid value is in the range of 0.71 to 0.88,the shape and angularity of the particles meet the road requirements,which is conducive to the formation of the aggregate skeleton structure embedded in the asphalt concrete;(4)when the 3 D roughness coefficient of the aggregate is greater than 11.0,the surface texture of the particles is relatively rough,which is conducive to the good physical adsorption between the asphalt and the aggregate on the contact surface.
