摘要
原花青素是广泛存在于葡萄等植物中的一类天然色素,有着较强的清除自由基和抗氧化能力。它能够抗肿瘤、防治糖尿病、抗衰老,具有极高的食用、药用价值。葡萄皮中含有大量原花青素,为提高其利用价值,以响应面优化超声辅助有机溶剂提取葡萄皮中原花青素的试验条件。结果表明,以60%乙醇为提取溶剂,在提取温度50℃、提取时间40 min、料液比1︰25(g/mL),超声辅助下提取3次,原花青素提取量可达38.47 mg/g。通过响应面优化分析,在提取温度55℃、提取时间44 min、料液比1︰26(g/mL)条件下,原花青素提取量可达39.42 mg/g。试验结果为拓展原花青素的提取条件研究、提高资源开发利用价值提供基础。
Proanthocyanidins were a kind of natural pigment existed in plants such as grapes,which had strong ability of scavenging free radicals and antioxidation.It had ability of fighting cancer,preventing and curing diabetes,anti-aging and had a very high edible and medicinal value.The grape skin was rich in proanthocyanidins.The response surface was used to optimize the extraction of proanthocyanidins from grape skins by ultrasound-assisted organic solvent method to improve the utilization value of grape skin.The results showed that the extraction amount of proanthocyanidins could reach 38.47 mg/g when the extraction solvent 60%ethanol,the temperature 50℃,the time 40 min,the ratio of soli-liquid 1︰25(g/mL),and ultrasonic assisted extraction performed 3 times.By response surface optimization analysis,the extraction amount of proanthocyanidins was up to 39.42 mg/g at of temperature of 55℃,time of 44 min,and solid-liquid ratio of 1︰26(g/m L).A basis for expanding the research on extraction condition of proanthocyanidins and increasing the value of resource development and utilization was provided.
