摘要
随着市场全球化与专业化分工的不断深入,模块化、集成式逐渐成为软件行业的发展趋势。本文以久其软件为案例研究对象,基于管理软件产品架构和组织架构,探讨以技术价值为驱动的软件企业模块化架构实现方式及其对开放式集成创新绩效的影响机制。研究结论丰富了模块化架构及其实现路径的相关理论体系,对企业创新管理和绩效提升起到一定的借鉴意义。
With the deepening of market globalization and specialization, modularization and integration have gradually become the development trend of the software industry. This paper takes the Join-Cheer Software as the case study object, based on the management software product structure and organizational structure, and discusses the implementation of the modular structure of software enterprises driven by technological value and its influence mechanism on the performance of open integration innovation. The research conclusion enriches the related theoretical system of the modular architecture and its implementation path, which is of certain reference significance for enterprise innovation management and performance improvement.
