摘要
拖拉机落物防护装置(falling-object protective structure,FOPS)是拖拉机的重要被动安全构件,《农业和林业拖拉机OECD官方试验标准规则》中的规则10明确规定了落物防护结构的试验方法和评价依据。拖拉机FOPS仿真属于高度非线性的大变形问题,对某拖拉机FOPS选取两个落点,使用显式算法对FOPS进行落锤冲击过程仿真。仿真结果表明:FOPS在垂向最大位移为155.2 mm,冲击过程没有任何物体或部位侵入限制变形区,FOPS最大有效塑性应变为19.2%,FOPS局部最大残余应力为442.1 MPa。该拖拉机FOPS落锤冲击的仿真过程能够满足经济合作与发展组织OECD标准中规则10的要求。
Falling-object protective structure(FOPS)is an important passive safety component of the tractor.The test methods and evaluation criteria of FOPS are clearly stipulated in code 10 of OECD standard code for the official testing on agricultural and forestry tractors.The simulation of the tractor FOPS is a highly nonlinear large deformation problem.In this paper,an explicit algorithm is used to simulate the impact process of a tractor FOPS with two impact points selected for FOPS.Simulation results show that:the maximum vertical displacement of FOPS is 155.2 mm,no object or part intrudes into the deflection-limiting volume,the maximum effective plastic strain of FOPS is 19.2%,the maximum residual stress at local point of the FOPS is 442.1 MPa.The simulation process of FOPS impact can satisfy the requirements of the code 10 in OECD standard.
