摘要
企业文化是企业成功的事业理论,其核心是精神文化,精髓是企业核心价值观。它们是企业文化的根本特质,是影响企业成长与发展的DNA。核心价值观决定企业决策的选择机制和经营发展模式。伴随着互联科技的发展,互联网企业迅速成长与发展,成为当今社会日益强大的企业主力军。关注互联网企业就是关注社会的未来、企业的未来。选择美国12家连续两年入选“500强”和中国12家连续入选“中国互联网百强”企业作为研究对象,运用跨文化比较理论和方法,从文化特质上对中国和美国最有代表性的互联网企业进行比较研究,发现它们的共性文化特征,分辨它们的文化个性特点,并探讨其深层的原因,以此为互联网企业经营和管理提供有规律性的思想和方法,对中国互联网企业起到共性发展和个性化成长的帮助作用。
Corporate culture is the theory of enterprise success,the core of the successful enterprise theory is the spiritual culture,and the essence is the core values of the enterprise.They are the fundamental characteristics of corporate culture and the DNA of corporate.Core values determine the choice mechanism and business development model of enterprise decision-making.With the development of Internet technology,Internet enterprises have grown rapidly and become an increasingly powerful force.To pay attention to Internet enterprises is to pay attention to the future of society and the future of enterprises.According to the theory of cross-cultural comparison,this paper compares the cultures of 12 American Internet companies that have been listed in the top 500 for two consecutive years and 12 Chinese Internet companies that have been listed in the top 500 for two consecutive years,distinguishes their cultural characteristics,and discusses its deep reasons.This paper aims to provide a regularity of thought and method for Internet enterprise operation and management,which plays a helping role in the common development and personalized growth of Chinese Internet enterprises.
