不同训练方法对提高垂直纵跳表现的综述研究

摘要 研究目的:本文主要综述不同训练方法提高垂直跳跃表现(VJP)的主要方法,旨在为训练人员提高垂直方向下肢爆发力提供理论参考。研究方法:利用逻辑分析法和文献资料法对不同训练方法进行分析总结,结果显示提高垂直纵跳表现的常用训练方法分为四大类:快速伸缩复合训练(plyometric training,PT)、负重训练(weight training,WT)、全身振动训练(whole body vibration training,VT)和电刺激训练(elec-tromyostimulation training,ET)。结论:科学研究表明,提高VJP的最佳方法是将PT与WT相结合。日后需要进一步的研究更复杂的训练方式对VJP的影响。 Objective:this paper mainly reviews the key methods of improving vertical jumping performance(VJP)by different training methods,to provide theoretical reference for training personnel to improve vertical lower extremity explosive force.Research methods:Logic analysis and literature methods are used.The results show that there are four categories of commonly used training methods to improve vertical jump performance:rapid vibration training(PT),weight training(WT),whole body vibration training(VT)and electromyostimulation training(ET).Conclusion:scientific research shows that the best way to improve VJP is to combine PT with WT.Further research is needed on the impact of more complex training methods on VJP.
