摘要
猪传染性胸膜肺炎是规模猪场常见细菌性呼吸道疾病的主要疫病之一,是由胸膜肺炎放线杆菌引起的一种接触性传染病,以急性出血性纤维素性胸膜肺炎和慢性纤维素性坏死性胸膜肺炎为特征,临床表现为体温升高、咳喘、张口伸舌和腹式呼吸等,主要诱因为胸膜肺炎放线杆菌进入呼吸系统,造成呼吸系统损伤,使猪群出现病症并引发死亡。文章结合猪传染性胸膜肺炎的病原、流行特点,提出符合规模化猪场有效防控猪传染性胸膜肺炎的综合防治措施,以提高猪场对该病的防控水平。
Porcine contagious pleuropneumonia is one of the main disease of bacterial respiratory disease.It was a contagious disease caused by Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae,its characterized by acute hemorrhagic fibrinous pleural pneumonia and chronic fibrinous necrotizing pleural pneumonia.The Clinical manifestations include elevated body temperature,cough and asthma,open mouth and extended tongue,abdominal breathing,etc.The main cause was the entry of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae into the respiratory system,resulted in respiratory injury and chronic or acute disease,which causes disease and death in pigs.In this paper,combined with the pathogen and epidemic characteristics of porcine contagious pleuropneumonia in pigs,the comprehensive prevention and control measures of porcine contagious pleuropneumonia in large-scale pig farms were put forward,so as to improve the prevention and control level of the disease in pig farms.
