摘要
目的:探究纤维生长因子23(FGF23)及Klotho蛋白在Graves眼病患者血清中的表达及意义。方法:选取2018年3月-2020年3月在笔者所在医院进行Graves眼病治疗的80例患者为研究组,另选同期在院进行其他疾病治疗的90例患者作为对照组,检测并对比两组纤维生长因子23及Klotho蛋白水平。结果:研究组促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平低于对照组,游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_(3))、游离甲状腺素(FT_(4))及TSH受体抗体(TRAb)水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组FGF23及Klotho蛋白均高于对照组,血磷水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组1,25-二羟维生素D_(3)[1,25(OH)_(2)D_(3)]及血钙水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Graves眼病患者FGF23及Klotho蛋白与TRAb、FT_(4)、1,25(OH)_(2)D_(3)、血钙及血磷等指标均无明显关联(P>0.05)。结论:FGF23及Klotho蛋白在Graves眼病患者血清中浓度均呈高表达现象,与Graves眼病有关。
Objective:To explore the expression and significance of fibrous growth factor 23 and Klotho protein in serum of patients with Graves ophthalmopathy.Method:A total of 80 patients with Graves ophthalmopathy from March 2018 to March 2020 in our hospital were selected as the study group,and 90 patients with other diseases treated in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group,and the levels of fibrous growth factor 23 and Klotho protein were detected and compared.Result:The levels of thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of free triiodothyronine(FT_(3)),free thyroxine(FT_(4))and TSH receptor antibody(TRAB)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of FGF23 and Klotho protein in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the serum phosphorus levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistical significance in the levels of 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3[1,25(OH)_(2)D_(3)]and serum calcium between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant correlation between FGF23 and Klotho protein and TRAB,FT_(4),1,25(OH)_(2)D_(3),serum calcium and serum phosphorus in patients with Graves ophthalmopathy(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both FGF23 and KLOTHO proteins are highly expressed in serum of patients with Graves ophthalmopathy,which is closely related to the Graves ophthalmopathy.
