摘要
目的:探究分级检验应用于肾脏生化检验中的效果及准确性。方法:选取本院2019年3月-2020年4月收治的200例行肾脏生化检验的自愿受检者为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为分级组(n=100)与拉网组(n=100)。拉网组行拉网式肾脏生化检验,分级组行肾脏生化检验分级检验。观察两组尿素氮、血肌酐、胱抑素C阳性检出率、生化指标检验结果及漏诊率。结果:分级组尿素氮、血肌酐阳性检出率分别为69.00%、65.00%,高于拉网组的10.00%、9.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组胱抑素C阳性检出率分别为15.00%、7.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。分级组尿素氮水平为(8.25±0.23)mmol/L,显著高于拉网组的(5.38±0.43)mmol/L(P<0.05);血肌酐水平为(84.33±5.95)μmol/L,显著高于拉网组的(66.40±3.27)μmol/L(P<0.05);胱抑素C水平为(1.65±0.61)mg/L,显著高于拉网组的(0.33±0.15)mg/L(P<0.05)。结论:分级检验法在肾脏生化检验中具有较高的临床价值,提高生化指标阳性检出率,准确度高。
Objective:To explore the effect and accuracy of grading test in renal biochemical test.Method:A total of 200 volunteers who underwent renal biochemical examination in our hospital from March 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random numbers table method,they were divided into the grading group(n=100)and the mesh group(n=100).The mesh group underwent mesh renal biochemical test,the grading group underwent grading renal biochemical test.The positive rate of urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,cystatin C,biochemical indexes test results and missed diagnosis rate.Result:The positive rate of urea nitrogen and creatinine in the grading group was 69.00%and 65.00%,which were higher than 10.00%and 9.00%of the mesh group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of cystatin C in the two groups were 15.00%and 7.00%,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The level of urea nitrogen in the grading group was(8.25±0.23)mmol/L,which was higher than(5.38±0.43)mmol/L in the mesh group(P<0.05);the level of serum creatinine in the grading group was(84.33±5.95)μmol/L,which was higher than(66.40±3.27)μmol/L in the mesh group(P<0.05);the level of cystatin C in the grading group was(1.65±0.61)mg/L,which was higher than(0.33±0.15)mg/L of the mesh group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Grading test has high clinical value in renal biochemical test,which can improve the positive detection rate of biochemical indicators,and have high accuracy.
