摘要
目的:分析低分子肝素钙预防脑出血术后下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的效果及对凝血指标的影响。方法:选取2018年12月-2019年5月笔者所在医院收治的脑出血患者150例,根据随机数字表分组法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组75例。其中对照组给予术后常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予低分子肝素钙治疗。比较两组术后DVT、肺栓塞,以及再出血发生率、手术前后凝血指标。结果:观察组DVT发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的22.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组肺栓塞、再出血发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术前两组PT、TT、APTT、FIB、D-D比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后第10天,观察组各项凝血指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低分子肝素钙预防脑出血术后DVT效果较好,可明显改善其术后凝血指标,降低DVT发生率,有效改善预后,应用价值较高。
Objective:To analyze the effect of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium on prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after cerebral hemorrhage operation and its influence on coagulation indexes.Method:A total of 150 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table grouping method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment after operation,and the observation group was given Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium treatment on the basis of the control group.The incidence of deep vein thrombosis,pulmonary embolism and rebleeding,coagulation indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in the observation group was 6.67%,lower than 22.67%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no difference in the incidence of pulmonary embolism and rebleeding between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in PT,TT,APTT,FIB and D-D between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05),on the 10th day after surgery,the coagulation indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium on prevention of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after cerebral hemorrhage surgery is better,it can significantly improve the coagulation index,reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity,effectively improve the prognosis,and has high application value.
