快干型彩色抗滑MMA薄层制备及应用 被引量:2

摘要 为提高隧道洞口处的色彩辨识度,改善隧道路面抗滑性,制备了快干型彩色抗滑MMA薄层,并通过室内试验确定了填料与催化剂的最佳比例。在隧道洞口实施了彩色抗滑MMA薄层铺装试验段,并全面评价了快干型彩色抗滑MMA薄层的路用性能。结果表明,快干型彩色抗滑MMA薄层各项路用性能优异,其可拌和时间大于20 min,完全固化时间为60 min,磨损量小于60 mg,抗滑值大于70,路面抗渗水性突出。 In order to improve the color recognition of the tunnel entrance and enhance the anti-skid performance of the tunnel pavement,a rapid-drying color anti-slip MMA thin layer was prepared.Through laboratory tests,the optimal ratio of filler and catalyst was determined.Furthermore,based on colored anti-skid MMA thin layer,experiment construction was implemented at the tunnel entrance and the road performance of the rapid-drying color anti-slip MMA thin layer was comprehensively evaluated.The results show that the rapid-drying color anti-slip MMA thin layer has excellent road performance.The mixing time is greater than 20 min and the curing time is 60 min.The wear loss of the mixture was small(<60 mg)and the anti-slip value is greater than 70.Moreover,the performance of water resistance is excellent.
