摘要
目的研究远航条件下胸外伤远程多媒体教学在海军远程医学继续教育中优势和效果。方法选择2020年7月~10月某批次海军长远航遂行保障任务基层军医40名为远程多媒体教学组,另选取我院基层军医培训班培训学员40名为传统教学组。分别进行远程多媒体教学及传统教学,比较两组教学效果及学员满意度。结果远程多媒体教学组学习兴趣、实践能力、病例分析能力及病情观察能力提升优于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);远程多媒体教学组理论考试成绩高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);学员对课程教学的总满意度高于传统教学组(P<0.05)。结论远程多媒体医学教育在海军远程医学继续教育中的应用不仅在技术上可行,在教学质量上也能得到良好效果,可为未来海军现代化卫生教育途径提供参考。
Objective To study the advantages and effects of remote multimedia teaching of chest trauma in naval telemedicine continuing education under the conditions of voyage.Methods From July to October 2020,40 grassroots military doctors of a certain batch of naval long-distance voyages were selected as the remote multimedia teaching group,and 40 trainees in the grassroots military medical training class of our hospital were selected as the traditional teaching group.Remote multimedia teaching and traditional teaching were carried out respectively,and the teaching effect and student satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The improvement of learning interest,practical ability,case analysis ability and disease observation ability of the distance multimedia teaching group was better than that of the traditional teaching group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The theoretical test scores of the distance multimedia teaching group were higher than those of the traditional teaching group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total satisfaction of the students with the course teaching was higher than that of the traditional teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of remote multimedia medical education in naval telemedicine continuing education is not only technically feasible,but also can achieve good results in teaching quality,which can provide references for future naval modern health education approaches.
