摘要
本文设计了由Cu、Zn、Al、B、P、Ce、Sn等7种元素组成的复杂铝黄铜,并考察了不同Sn含量对该复杂铝黄铜组织及性能的影响。结果表明,随着Sn含量的增加,合金组织中的共析相的宽度明显增加,但是Sn含量对合金的物相组成影响不大。随着Sn含量的增加合金的抗拉强度呈先升高后下降趋势而硬度和抗腐蚀性能则呈增大趋势变化。
In this work a multicomponent aluminium brass which contain Cu、Zn、Al、B、P、Ce、Sn was prepared by casting.The effect of Sn content on microstructure and performance was investigated.With the increase of Sn contents,the content and width of eutectoid structure was increased.The phase composition has little change with increasing Sn content.Tensile strength was increased and then decreased with increasing Sn content.Both the HV hardness and corrosion resistance of the brass was increased with increasing Sn content.
