某铅锌矿铜铅分离试验研究 被引量:1

Experimental study on copper extraction from a lead concentrate in Inner Mongolia

摘要 某铅锌矿山铜铅混合精矿采用活性炭再磨脱药,重铬酸盐抑制铅矿物进行铜铅分离,工艺指标差且重铬酸盐对环境污染严重。本试验采用硫化钠+活性炭进行脱药,并采用环保有机高分子化合物ZJ201为方铅矿抑制剂对铜铅混合精矿进行处理,经“一粗三精一扫”浮选,可得到铜精矿铜品位31.80%、铜回收率88.12%,铅精矿铅品位45.17%,铅回收率99.18%的两种精矿,有效完成了铜铅分离。 A mixed copper and lead concentrate was separated in Inner Mongolia,Activated carbon was added on site for regrinding and detoxification.Dichromate inhibits lead minerals.The process indexes are poor and the potassium dichromate pollution is serious.In this experiment,sodium sulfide+activated carbon was used for drug removal,and the environmentally friendly organic polymer compound ZJ201 was used as a galena inhibitor to treat the copper-lead mixed concentrate.Through the process of“One rough selection,three choices,one sweep”,copper concentrate with copper grade 31.80%,copper recovery rate 88.12%,Closed circuit test can be obtained lead concentrate with lead 45.17%and lead recovery rate 99.18%.The separation of copper and lead was realized effectively。
