摘要
弹卡式预制混凝土方桩是一种新型连接方式的混凝土预制桩,相关研究文献较少,如何通过检测确定新型基桩的沉桩质量十分重要。本文通过工程实例,证明在低应变检测弹卡桩桩身完整性出现疑似Ⅲ类桩的情况下,用高应变复位及复检的方法验证基桩承载力可以确定基桩的承载力,从而为这类桩基沉桩质量检测中遇到的问题提供解决方案。通过实证可得结论:对于弹卡式预制混凝土方桩的质量检测,如低应变检测出现Ⅲ类桩的情况,应用高应变法复位并复检验证,对于符合设计承载力要求的基桩,低应变检测方法不再作为判定基桩桩身完整性的依据。
The shell-clip precast concrete square pile is a new type of connection mode of precast concrete pile,it is very important to determine quality of this kind of pile by test.Through project case,the method by using high strain reset and re-inspection to confirm the bearing capacity of this kind of pile on the condition which suspected class Ⅲ piles appear in low strain test of pile integrity,thus provide solution reference when encounter such question in checking quality of pile.The conclusion can be drawn by demonstration:for the shell-clip precast concrete square pile,it should use high stain test to reset and re-inspect when suspected class Ⅲ pilesarein low strain test,when the bearing capacity meets the design requirements,low strain testing method is no longer used as the basis for pile integrity testing.
