建筑门窗用硅烷改性聚醚胶的制备及可涂饰性能研究 被引量:2

Study on preparation and coating properties of silane modified polyether adhesive for building doors and windows

摘要 以硅烷改性聚醚树脂、降黏剂、触变剂、防霉剂和偶联剂等为原料,制备建筑门窗用硅烷改性聚醚胶。研究了不同原料成分及用量对硅烷改性聚醚胶的断裂伸长率、弹性恢复率、拉伸强度和触变性等性能影响以及硅烷改性聚醚胶的可涂饰性能。研究结果表明:硅烷类偶联剂与锆酸酯类偶联剂以1∶1的质量比例混合使用,可提升胶体的断裂伸长率;选择60份的聚醚多元醇作为降黏剂,弹性恢复率最高,可降低胶体黏度;纳米碳酸钙与重质碳酸钙以1∶1的质量比例混合成填料,可提升胶体的拉伸强度、弹性恢复率与断裂伸长率;选择聚酰胺蜡作为触变剂,可有效改善胶体的触变性;添加0.8份的防霉剂,胶体防霉等级达到0级。为确保胶体可涂饰性能,要选取对胶体粘接性强的基材和弹性较高的涂料,并避免使用底漆。 Silane modified polyether adhesive for building doors and windows was prepared with silane modified polyether resin,viscosity reducer,thixotropic agent,mould inhibitor and coupling agent as raw materials.The effects of different raw materials composition and dosage on the elongation at break,elastic recovery rate,tensile strength and thixotropy of silane modified polyether adhesive as well as coating properties of silane modified polyether adhesive were studied. The research results showed that when silane coupling agent and zirconate coupling agent were mixed at the mass ratio of 1∶1,the elongation at break of colloid could be improved. When 60 phr polyether polyol was selected as viscosity reducer,the elastic recovery rate was the highest,which could reduce the viscosity of colloid. Nano calcium carbonate and heavy calcium carbonate were mixed into filler at the mass ratio of 1∶1,which could improve the tensile strength,elastic recovery rate and elongation at break of colloid. Choosing polyamide wax as thixotropic agent could effectively improve the thixotropy of colloid. When 0.8 phr mould inhibitor was added,the mould proof grade of colloid reached grade 0. In order to ensure the coating properties of colloid,it was necessary to select the substrate with strong bonding properties and coating with high elasticity,and avoid the use of primer.
