摘要
目的设计一条码垛生产线,可以实现在吨袋内完成纸箱的码垛。方法基于吨袋及纸箱的基本特点,使用撑袋装置实现了吨袋的自动撑袋,利用高位码垛反套的方法解决吨袋内无法码垛的问题,基于Adams软件对部分重要机构进行运动学及动力学特性分析。结果该生产线中的撑袋码垛为一种新型设计装置且每小时可码垛至少1200箱;升降装置可完成1060 mm的行程位移,其上升和下降中的最大速度分别为400,377 mm/s,速度、加速度在一定范围内浮动,运动性能较为稳定,符合实际需求;受力情况符合预期,没有多余外力阻碍。结论该码垛生产线提前对设计方案合理性进行分析,生产线设计合理,可以满足在吨袋内纸箱码垛的要求,同时保证了码垛过程中的稳定性,对相关码垛装置的设计与研制具有一定借鉴意义。
A palletizing production line is designed to realize the palletizing of cartons in ton bags.Based on the basic characteristics of ton bags and cartons,this paper uses the bag supporting device to realize the automatic bag supporting of ton bags,and solves the problem that the palletizing cannot be carried out in the ton bags by using the method of high-level stacking and reverse nesting.The kinematics and dynamics characteristics of some important mechanisms are analyzed based on ADAMS software.The supporting bag stacking in the production line is a new type of design device,which can palletize at least 1200 boxes per hour;the lifting device can complete the stroke displacement of 1060 mm,and its maximum speed in ascending and descending is 400,377 mm/s respectively,the speed and acceleration of the lifting device are floating within a certain range,and the motion performance is relatively stable,which meets the actual demand;the force condition meets the expectation,and there is no extra external force hindering.The palletizing production line analyzes the rationality of the design scheme in advance,and the design of the production line is reasonable,which can meet the requirements of stacking cartons in ton bags,and ensure the stability in the palletizing process,which has certain reference significance for the design and development of relevant palletizing devices.
