磁加载絮凝优化污水深度除磷的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为满足天津市城镇污水处理厂地方标准(DB12/599—2015)对污水厂出水总磷的排放需求,对天津开发区某污水处理厂二沉池出水进行磁加载絮凝优化试验研究。通过设计正交试验和响应面试验,优化絮凝过程化学条件和水力条件,并探讨过程反应机理。结果表明,絮凝过程采用磁粉B,阴离子型PAM,G_(1)、G_(2)、G_(3)分别为80s^(-1)、50s^(-1)和20s^(-1),T_(1)、T_(2)、T_(3)分别为6min、4min和6min时,磁加载絮凝效果最佳,总磷最佳去除率约为85%,提标改造所需PFS投加量仅为9.20mg·L^(-1)。 In order to meet the demand of total phosphorus under the new local standard(DB 12/599—2015)of Tianjin,an optimization experiment on magnetic coagulation to deep phosphorus removal of secondary biochemical wastewater taken from a regional sewage plant in TEDA was carried out.The chemical and hydraulic conditions of the flocculation process were optimized and the reaction mechanism of the flocculation process was discussed by designing orthogonal and response surface experiments.The results show that the best flocculation conditions for total phosphorus removal use magnetic powder B and the anionic,G_(1),G_(2),G_(3) are 80 s^(-1),50 s^(-1) and 20 s^(-1) respectively,and T_(1),T_(2),T_(3) are 6 min,4 min and 6 min respectively.The best removal effect of TP is about 85%,and only 9.20 mg·L^(-1) PFS is required for standard upgrade.
