摘要
医共体是实现“健康中国”的民生性、基础性、战略性的工程,医共体体现了以人民为中心的发展理念,顺应信息革命的发展趋势。医共体以村卫生室为基础,乡镇卫生院为枢纽,县级医院为龙头,深化医药卫生体制改革,优化县域医疗资源配置,整体提高资源使用效率。医共体的实施对缓解“看病难、看病贵”问题,提高基层医疗卫生服务能力有重要的意义。医院固定资产是开展医疗、行政办公、科研、教学等的物质基础,是医院规模大小、经济实力、医疗水平的体现,与保障人民健康、卫生事业发展密切相关。在医共体改革下,对医院固定资产管理提出了更高的要求,现代信息技术的发展,为固定资产的全生命周期管理提供了良好的平台。该文主要探讨在医共体中,利用信息化,应用医院固定资产全生命周期管理。
The medical community is a basic,strategic project to realize the people's livelihood of"Healthy China".The medical community reflects the development of people-centered concept conforms to the development trend of the information revolution.The Medical Community is based on village clinics,township health centers as hubs,and county-level hospitals as leaders,deepening the reform of the medical and health system,optimizing the allocation of county medical resources,and improving overall resource utilization efficiency.The implementation of the medical community is of great significance to alleviating the problem of"difficult and expensive medical treatment"and improving the capacity of primary medical and health services.The fixed assets of a hospital are the material basis for medical treatment,administrative office,scientific research,teaching,etc.It is the embodiment of the hospital's scale,economic strength,and medical level,and is closely related to the protection of people's health and the development of health services.Under the reform of the medical community,higher requirements are put forward for the management of fixed assets in hospitals.The development of modern information technology provides a good platform for the full life cycle management of fixed assets.This article mainly discusses the use of information technology in the medical community to apply the whole life cycle management of hospital fixed assets.
