摘要 骨关节炎是临床常见的慢性退行性疾病,近年有相关研究证明,骨关节炎的发病机制关键是患者软骨细胞凋亡、软骨细胞外基质破坏和软骨组织变性,但此类现象主要发生机制目前还未完全明确。研究发现,基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)广泛参与机体炎症反应和免疫应答等生理病理进程,并在人体多种组织和器官中均有表达,且对调控关节软骨的生长和代谢也有重要作用。本文就骨关节炎中SDF-1细胞因子及其调控信号传导途径的机制进行探讨,以期为今后骨关节炎相关疾病的研究和防治提供新思路。 Osteoarthritis is a chronic degenerative diseases.In recent years,it has been proved that the main pathogenesis of osteoarthritis is chondrocyte apoptosis,extracellular matrix destruction and cartilage degeneration,but the main mechanism of this kind of phenomenon has not been fully defined.It is found that SDF-1 is widely involved in the physiological and pathological processes of inflammatory response and immune response,and it’s expressed in many parts of the body,and also plays an important part in regulating the ascent and metabolism of articular cartilage.Therefore,this paper reviews the mechanism and function of SDF-1 cytokines and its signal transduction pathway in osteoarthritis,it is expected to supply new mentality for the research and prophylaxis of osteoarthritis in the future.
