高频筛与磁选柱组合在某选矿厂铁精矿提质增产中的作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 抚顺某磁铁矿选矿厂为优化选别工艺,提升产能及产品质量,对用高频筛而无磁选柱流程与高频筛+磁选柱流程进行了对比。结果表明,在保证精矿品位为66%或69%的情况下,包含磁选柱的工艺产能更高,磨矿细度可以降低,球磨机单位耗电量降低。高频筛+磁选柱工艺中的磁选柱最佳选别条件为水流630 L/h,电流1.0 A,排矿口直径1.2 mm。 In order to optimize the separation process and improve the production capacity and prod⁃uct quality,a magnetite concentrator in Fushun has compared the high frequency sieve without magnetic column selection process with the high frequency sieve.The results show that the process capacity includ⁃ing magnetic separation column is higher,the grinding fineness can be reduced,and the unit power con⁃sumption of ball mill can be reduced under the condition that the concentrate grade is 66%or 69%.The op⁃timum selection condition of magnetic column in high frequency sieve magnetic column selection process is water flow 630 L/h,current 1.0 A,diameter 1.2 mm of outlet.
