摘要
高校教师作为学术发展、知识创新的前沿力量,有自身成长和发展的规律。高校教师考核评价制度改革必须符合人才成长规律,构建多元化的评价方式。目前教育领域存在教育评价导向不科学的问题,合理构建教师多元化评价体系是时代发展的趋势,能够激发教师发展活力。简要分析目前高校教师评价体系存在的问题,探讨如何建立合理、科学的评价体系,满足新时代教师发展的要求。
As the leading force of academic development and knowledge innovation,college teachers have their own laws of growth and development.The reform of the evaluation system of college teachers must conform to the law of talent growth and construct a diversified evaluation method.In order to solve the unscientific education evaluation problems existing in the field of education,to rationally construct a diversified evaluation system of teachers is the development trend of the times,which can stimulate the development vitality of teachers.In this paper,the problems in the current evaluation system of college teachers are briefly analyzed,and how to establish a reasonable and scientific evaluation system to meet the requirements of the development of teachers in the new era is also discussed.
