摘要
分析某特色医学中心应对新型冠状病毒疫情存在的三个方面比较优势和面临的四个方面现实挑战,阐明该中心疫情防控前期阶段四个方面的主要做法,即,坚持党委统一领导防控布局、坚持问题导向构建防控体系、坚持精准施策推进防控创新、坚持群防群控狠抓防控落实。总结该中心加强防控管理四个方面的主要体会,即,党委必须重视、预判必须超前、决心必须坚定、执行必须坚决,并提出要最终实现医务人员零感染、营区人员零疑似、就诊患者零漏诊、部队督导全覆盖的目标,必须继续加大工作力度,创新思路方法,加强防控管理,超前思考疫情中后期建立常规诊疗、发热门诊、预检分诊持续发展新机制。
The author analyzed the relative advantages and real challenges of the medical center during the first period of COVID-19.The main practice of prevention and control on the COVID-19 was introduced including the unified leadership of the party committee,problem-oriented prevention and control system,prevention and control innovations and precision tactics,and the policy implementation through group control.The main management experience was summarized induling that the party committee must give importance to the prevention and control on the COVID-19,prejudge must be ahead of the times,the determination must be strengthened,and the implementation must be resolute.The author also put forward that a sustainable development system should be established for routine diagnosis and treatment of common patients,and pre-examination and triage in the fever outpatient clinic.
