摘要
为推动智慧图书馆与人工智能的深度融合,人工智能重塑图书馆服务,以向读者提供更优质服务,文章以整合技术模型为基础,结合信任理论、感知风险理论、个体创新理论,构建智慧图书馆人工智能服务用户接受行为影响因素模型,并运用结构方程模型实证分析。结果表明,感知信任、绩效期望、努力期望及个人创新对用户接受智慧图书馆人工智能服务产生正面影响,而便利条件、感知风险和社会影响未到达显著性水平。
Artificial intelligence(AI)reshapes library services to promote the deep integration of smart library and artificial intelligence, so as to provide readers with better services.Based on UTAUT model, this paper combines the trust theory, perceived risk theory and individual innovation theory to construct an influencing factor model of users’ acceptance behavior of AI service in the smart library, and conducts an empirical study by using the structural equation model.The results indicates that perceived trust, performance expectation, effort expectation and personal innovation have positive effects on users’ acceptance of AI services in smart libraries, while convenience conditions, perceived risk and social influence don’t reach significant levels.
