先进孔形微型泡沫铝及其复合结构研究现状与展望 被引量:1

Development Status and Prospect of Advanced Porous Micro Aluminum Foam and Its Composite Structure

摘要 粉末压实熔化法(Powder Compact Melting,简称PCM法)是制备闭孔泡沫铝合金的方法之一。目前,通过对此方法进行改进,能够制备具有先进孔形(Advanced Pore Morphology,APM)的微型泡沫铝,所得产品内部为均匀的高孔隙率的多孔结构,并且利用所制得的微型泡沫铝,可以制备大尺寸的泡沫铝及其复合结构。综述了先进孔形微型泡沫铝及其复合结构的制备工艺,对其结构特征及力学性能进行了总结,分析了此工艺目前存在的问题,并对其发展前景进行了展望。 Powder compact melting(PCM)is one of the methods to produce aluminum alloy with closed pores.At present,micro aluminum foam with advanced pore morphology(APM)can be prepared by improving the method.The obtained products exhibit uniform porous structure with high porosity,and large-size aluminum foam and its composite structure can be prepared by utilizing the manufactured micro-aluminum foam.The preparation technology of advanced porous micro aluminum foam and its composite structure were reviewed,and its structural characteristics and mechanical properties were summarized.Meanwhile,the existing problems at the present stage were analyzed,and the development prospect was expounded.
