共智融合的大数据智能化人才培养研究与实践 被引量:20

摘要 针对大数据智能化人才的培养目标和定位尚不明确、融合大数据和人工智能核心内涵的能力与知识体系尚不完善、实践教学体系与大数据智能化行业发展要求尚不匹配、缺少支撑大数据智能化共性基础能力提升的课程群和教学案例库四个大数据智能化人才培养中的教学难题,该文提出了数智融合的分层级能力度量与动态扩展知识体系,理工融合、产教融合、创新牵引的开放式培养团队组织与教学过程,良性互动、协同创新的产学研用多方培养机制体系,多途径众智贡献与协同的特色课程项目与场景案例池和“4-5-3”实践创新教学体系,以立德树人为根本标准的技术道德伦理全贯穿、全渗透教育6项教学研究与改革创新工作,结合在知识及教学案例资源推荐机制方面的教育技术突破,通过不断的研究、实践与探索,取得了一批高质量教学实践成果。建成了体现新工科特点的首批计算机类一流特色专业,建立了共智融合的大数据智能化人才培养体系,塑造了本科生和研究生基于大数据智能化的复杂工程问题求解能力以及大数据智能化技术驱动的高质量创新创业能力。 There are currently four teaching problems in big data intelligent personnel training:the big data intelligent personnel training goals are not yet clear,the knowledge system of integrated big data and artificial intelligence is not perfect,the practical teaching system and the big data intelligent industry development requirements are not yet matched,and the course groups and teaching case resources to support big data intelligent basic ability improvement are not enough.In this paper,we proposed five teaching reform innovations and one education technology innovation for the above four problems:data and intelligence integrated hierarchical ability measurement and dynamically expanding knowledge system;open training organization and teaching process with integration of science and engineering,integration of production and education,and innovation traction;industry-university-researchuse training mechanism system with benign interaction and collaborative innovation;distinctive course projects and scenario-based cases with co-intelligence contribution and collaboration;moral and ethical education based on Moral Education;“4-5-3”practice and innovation teaching system;and knowledge and teaching case resource recommendation mechanism based on long-and shortterm learning interests.Through continuous research,practice and exploration,we have achieved a number of high-quality teaching practice results:we have built national and Chongqing first-class computer majors,and established co-intelligence integrated big data intelligent personnel training system,and undergraduate and graduate students have the ability to solve complex engineering problems and high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship.
