“新经管”战略的创新融合与路径探索——安徽财经大学创新人才培养的案例研究 被引量:1

摘要 "新经管"建设正面临无成型的人才培养模式、教学与科研彼此分离、传统学科的单一以及教学资源不足等问题。为此,安徽财经大学提出"新经管"战略,通过创建教学科研深度融合机制,建立学科融合的复合型人才培养体系,构建全面化的教育资源融合平台,建成校企融合的人才培养方式,最终形成了"新经管"复合型创新人才培养的"四融合"培养模式。最后,提出如下建议:以赛促学,寓教于赛,摆脱教学科研彼此分离的现实困境;学科交叉,专业融合,打破学科壁垒;产教融合,校企合作,提高人才培养质量;教育资源全面融合,国内国外合作办学,提高人才的竞争力。 The construction of"new management"is facing problems such as unformed talent training mode,separation of teaching and research,singleness of traditional disciplines and insufficient comprehensive teaching resources.Based on the problems in reality,Anhui University of Finance and Economics put forward the strategy of"new management".By establishing a deep integration mechanism of teaching and research,we will establish a compound talent training system with discipline integration,build a comprehensive educational resource integration platform and build a talent-training system for school-enterprise integration.In the end,the"four integration"training mode of"new management"compound innovative talents training has been formed.To promote learning in the game,to teach in the game;cross-disciplinary,professional integration;integration of production and education,school-enterprise cooperation;comprehensive integration of educational resources,domestic and foreign cooperation in running schools.
