摘要
针对国内某航空中小型零件生产企业的信息管理方式存在产品生产线信息反馈效率低、设备与人员准备计划和生产计划匹配率低、产品生产效率低等问题,开发了一套基于"互联网+"的生产管理系统。以产品主要生命周期流程为基础,结合产品设计、生产效率制约因素,进行了系统功能需求分析。提出了一种基于"互联网+"的航空中小型零件信息化模式。构建了基于"互联网+"的航空中小型零件信息化架构模型。在此基础上,进行了系统功能模块的设计和软件系统开发。最后给出了信息管理系统在产品信息化生产流程管理中的应用案例。系统的实现与应用可以提高航空中小型零件生产过程中的信息反馈效率和管理效率,从而提高企业生产效率,并进一步降低生产成本。
A production management system based on"Internet+"was developed to solve the problems of low information feedback efficiency,low matching rate of equipment and personnel preparation plan and production plan,and low production efficiency in the information management mode of a small and medium-sized aviation parts manufacturer in China.Based on the main product life cycle process,and combined product design with production efficiency constraints,the system functional requirements are analyzed.This paper presents an information mode of small and medium-sized aviation parts and construct an information architecture model based on"Internet+".On this basis,the system function module design and software system development are carried out.Finally,the application case of the information management system in the process management of product information is presented.The realization and application of the system can improve the information feedback efficiency and management efficiency in the production process of small and medium-sized aviation parts,so as to improve the production efficiency of enterprises and further reduce the production cost.
