摘要
目的:对《总局关于对医疗机构应用传统工艺配制中药制剂实施备案管理的公告》(以下简称《备案公告》)文件实施后,河南省医疗机构应用传统工艺配制中药制剂的备案情况进行总结分析,为传统中药制剂备案工作提供参考。方法:对河南省2018年以来医疗机构备案的传统中药制剂进行统计汇总,从备案数量考察、备案制剂分析、备案机构探讨等方面对备案现状进行全面、系统的总结。结果:《备案公告》实施后全省共完成备案159项,涉及丸剂、合剂、颗粒剂、胶囊剂等12种规定剂型,服用方法以内服为主,平均药味13位/项,主要治疗疾病以骨科、内科、呼吸内科为多;备案医疗机构共有35家,其中公立医疗机构20家,以郑州市、驻马店市、洛阳市、开封市、南阳市等地的医院居多,且多数医疗单位具备自行生产配制的能力。结论:医疗机构开展传统中药制剂备案工作的意识较强、积极性较高,其中公立医疗单位是制剂备案的主力军,备案品种以内服剂型为主,制剂备案情况能够体现地区中医医疗实力,集中反映全省的中医服务亮点和特色。
Objective Former State Food and Drug Administration issued<Announcement of the General Administration of the people's Republic of China on the filing management of traditional Chinese medicine preparation by medical institutions>.This paper made statistical analysis on the filing situation of the preparation of traditional Chinese medicine by traditional technology in medical institutions of Henan Province,to provide a reference for the filing work of traditional Chinese medicine preparations.Methods The traditional Chinese medicine preparations recorded by medical institutions in Henan Province since 2018 were statistically summarized,and the status quo of filing was comprehensively and systematically summarized from the aspects of filing quantity,filing preparations,filing institutions,etc.Results After the implementation of the filing announcement,medical institutions across the province actively carried out the filing work of traditional Chinese medicine preparations,with a total of 159 items completed,involving 12 prescribed dosage forms such as pills,mixture,granules,capsules,etc.,mainly for internal use,with an average taste of 13 drugs/item,and the main diseases were orthopedics,internal medicine,and respiratory medicine.There were 35 filing medical institutions,including 20 public medical institutions.Most hospitals distributed mainly in Zhengzhou,Zhumadian,Luoyang,Kaifeng,Nanyang and other cities,and most medical institutions had the ability to produce and prepare by themselves.Conclusion Medical institutions had strong awareness and enthusiasm to carry out the filing of traditional Chinese medicine preparations,among which public medical institutions were the main force in the filing work,and the filing preparations' dosage form varieties were mainly for oral administration.The filing situation of preparations can reflect the regional medical strength of traditional Chinese medicine,and reflect the highlights and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine services over the whole province.
