摘要 中国是信息技术采纳速度最快的国家之一,电子商务自1997年进入中国后便得到了快速发展,也带动着大宗商品电子交易发展规模的不断扩大,然而其蓬勃发展之下也显露出诸多问题。经过对大宗商品电子交易中存在问题的研究发现其主要原因之一为“信任问题”,在此基础上尝试在大宗商品电子交易中引入去信任化的区块链技术解决该问题,以卖方挂牌的交易模式为基础,基于区块链技术中的联盟链构建大宗商品新的交易模式,并设计了区块链技术引入后交易系统的逻辑模型和大宗商品电子交易的流程,为交易双方、平台和其他参与方共同构建一个可信交易机制,实现大宗商品电子交易的合同自动执行和交易流程自动存证。 China is one of the countries with the fastest adoption of information technology.Ecommerce has been developing rapidly since entered China in 1997,and it has also led to the continuous expansion of electronic trading scale of bulk commodities.However,its vigorous development has also revealed many problems.When researching the problems existing in the electronic trading of bulk commodities,it is found that one of the main reasons for these problems is the"trust problem".On this basis,this article attempts to introduce Blockchain technology which has the characteristic of trustless to solve the problems in electronic trading of bulk commodities.On the basis of the seller's listing transaction model and the consortium chain of blockchain technology,a new bulk commodity transaction mode is constructed,and designs and a logical model of the transaction system and the process of electronic bulk commodity transactions were designed after the introduction of Blockchain technology,to build a credible trading mechanism for both parties,platform and other participants,and realize the automatic execution of contract and automatic deposit of transaction process of bulk commodity electronic trading.
