摘要
浙江省温岭市“6.13”液化石油气(LPG)槽罐车爆炸事故发生在G15沈海高速公路的匝道附近,事故共造成20人死亡,175人受伤,引发周边民房及厂房倒塌,树木受损严重。本文通过对浙江温岭“6.13”槽罐车爆炸事故的调查和研究,详细还原了事故发生经过,对泄漏事故发生的可能原因进行了探讨,进一步分析了液化石油气泄漏后发生的气体扩散过程及在扩散后可燃气体云团被引燃产生的爆燃过程。对在高架桥和周围的茂密植被形成的高阻塞率区域造成爆轰事故的过程和机制进行分析,并用TNT当量法计算得到蒸气云爆炸冲击波超压而引起的事故死亡半径为40 m、重伤半径为90 m、轻伤半径为176 m。因此,建议居民楼建设距离高速公路应大于176 m。最后根据温岭槽罐车事故带来的教训对危化品道路运输提出了几点建议。
The“6.13”liquefied petroleum gas tanker explosion in Wenling,Zhejiang Province occurred near the ramp of the G15 Shenhai Expressway,killing 20 people and injuring 175 others,causing the collapse of surrounding houses and plants and serious damage to trees.Through the investigation and study of the“6.13”tanker explosion in Wenling,Zhejiang Province,the accident was restored in detail,the possible causes of the accident were discussed,and the gas diffusion process after the liquefied petroleum gas leak and the deflagration process of igniting combustible gas clouds after the diffusion were further analyzed.The process and mechanism of the explosion accident caused by the formation of high blockage rate area in the viaduct and surrounding dense vegetation were analyzed,and the TNT equivalent method was used to calculate the death radius of the accident caused by the overpressure of the vapor cloud explosion shock wave.The death radius was 40 m,the radius of serious injury was 90 m,and the radius of minor injury was 176 m.Therefore,it was suggested that the distance of the residential building construction from the highway should be greater than 176 m.Finally,according to the lessons of Wenling Accident,some suggestions were put forward for road transportation of hazardous chemicals.
