摘要
为科学评价矿井水开发利用潜力并为水资源短缺地区矿井水资源化利用与管理提供科学依据,基于DPSIRM模型构建了供需协调的矿井水开发利用潜力评价指标体系,并应用灰色集对模型对陕北能源化工基地矿井水开发利用潜力进行量化评价。结果表明:2011年矿井水开发利用潜力等级低,2012—2017年潜力等级较低,矿井水开发利用潜力态势趋好,影响、响应和管理3个子系统为矿井水开发潜力评价的重要制约因素,这与陕北能源化工基地矿井水现状开发利用实际相符。
In order to evaluate the mine water exploitation and utilization potential scientifically and provide scientific basis for utilization and management of mine water resources in water shortage areas,based on the DPSIRM model,this paper constructed a comprehensive evaluation index system of mine water development and utilization potential,and used the gray set pair model to quantitatively evaluate the mine water development and utilization potential of energy chemical industry base in northern Shaanxi.The results show that the potential grade of mine water exploitation and utilization is low in 2011,and a little bit low in 2012-2017,which indicates the situation is getting better.Impact,response and management are important factors affecting potential evaluation,which is in line with the actual situation of mine water development and utilization in energy chemical industry base in northern Shaanxi.
