摘要 食品生产加工质量安全直接关系着人们的身体健康和生命安全,而随着我国经济的快速发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,对食品生产加工质量安全的要求也不断提升。同时,食品生产加工的质量备受社会各方面的高度关注,是衡量国民幸福指数的重要因素。本文从食品生产加工的基础条件、质量标准和法律保障等方面进行论证,探析建立食品生产加工过程的质量安全保证。 The quality and safety of food production and processing are directly related to people’s health and life safety.With the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the requirements for the quality and safety of food production and processing are also increasing.At the same time,the quality of food production and processing has attracted great attention from all aspects of society and is an important factor in measuring the national happiness index.This article discusses the basic conditions,quality standards and legal guarantees of food production and processing,and explores and analyzes the establishment of quality and safety guarantees for food production and processing.
