摘要
蒸汽发生器二次侧水压试验需将管板加热到要求温度,并在整个试验期间监测温度保持在一定范围内,其主要目的是防止蒸汽发生器管板发生脆性破坏,并保持足够的安全余量。通过对管板的温度要求、加热方式、管板热容量等方面进行分析和估算,最终设计合理的管板加热方案,以满足蒸汽发生器二次侧水压试验对管板温度的要求。秦山核电二期1,2号机组大修,成功完成了4台蒸汽发生器二次侧水压试验,管板加热效果良好,加热温度及加热时间满足预期要求。
To prevent brittle rupture and ensure adequate safety margin of the tubesheet of steam generator,the tubesheet needs to be heated to required temperature,and the monitoring temperature needs to be kept within a certain range during the secondary side hydrostatic test of steam generator.This paper introduces analysis and estimations of temperature requirements,heating methods,heat capacity,etc.of tubesheet,and finally designs a reasonable heating scheme to satisfy temperature requirements of tubesheet during the secondary side hydrostatic test.During the major overhaul of Qinshan PhaseⅡNuclear Power Plant Unit 1 and Unit 2,the secondary side hydrostatic tests of four steam generators were completed successfully with good heating effects of tubesheet,and the heating temperature and time meet the expected requirements.
