燃煤烟气三氧化硫协同脱除技术研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 燃煤电厂锅炉选择性催化还原(SCR)烟气脱硝系统中SO_(3)的生成及排放对电厂的运行和环境空气质量均会产生不利影响,且危害人体健康,一些国家和地区针对SO_(3)设置了严格的排放标准。SO_(3)协同脱除技术得到了推广运用,低低温电除尘器、电袋复合除尘器和湿式电除尘器的应用使SO_(3)脱除效率显著提升。本文针对燃煤电厂SO_(3)的生成、脱除和检测开展了详细研究,综述了脱硝装置、除尘设施、脱硫系统对烟气中SO_(3)控制技术的研究进展,并对多种SO_(3)检测技术进行了优缺点对比,并根据SO_(3)协同脱除技术研究现状提出了未来的发展方向。 The generation and emission of SO_(3) in SCR system of coal-fired boilers has an adverse influence on the operation of the power plants and air quality,and will endanger human health.Some countries and regions have set strict emission standards for SO_(3).The SO_(3) collaborative removal technology has been promoted and applied.The application of ultra low temperature electric dust collectors,electrostatic fabric filter and wet electrical dust precipitator has significantly improved the SO_(3) removal efficiency.This paper investigates the formation,removal and detection of SO_(3) in coal-fired power plants in detail,reviews the research progress of SO_(3) flue gas control technology in denitrification devices,dust removal facilities and desulfurization systems,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of various SO_(3) detection technologies.On this basis,it proposes the future development direction of the SO_(3) collaborative removal technology.
