摘要
通过对连续小箱梁桥梁病害统计分析,对桥梁技术状况进行评定,以荷载试验数据和《公路桥梁承载能力检测评定规程》为依据,对桥梁的承载能力和工作状态进行评定,计算得出桥的抗力效应折减值为0.848,其现状不满足现役荷载。针对桥梁各联间连续构造失效的病害,以简支梁桥结构为计算原型对该桥进行加固,通过对比粘贴钢板法和粘贴碳纤维加固法的加固效果和经济效益,采用性价比更高的粘贴碳纤维加固法进行加固。
Through the statistical analysis of diseases of continuous small box girder bridge,the technical situation of the bridge was evaluated.In accordance with the load test data and Specification for Inspection and Evaluation of Load-bearing Capacity of Highway Bridges,the bearing capacity and working condition of the bridge were evaluated.The deduction of the resistance effect of the bridge was calculated to be 0.848,which cannot meet the current load.Focusing the failures of the continuous structure between each connection of the bridge,the structure of simply supported beam bridge was used as the calculation prototype to reinforce the bridge.By comparing the reinforcement effects and economic benefits of steel plate reinforcement and carbon fiber reinforcement,it can be seen that the carbon fiber reinforcement has higher cost performance and is more suitable for reinforcement.
