基于行车安全的ZJY高铁隧道底隆致无碴轨道变形处置实践与探讨 被引量:5

Practice and Discussion on Treatment of Ballastless Track Deformation of a High-Speed Railway Tunnel Caused by Floor Heave Based on Traffic Safety

摘要 为解决运营高铁隧道底隆导致无碴轨道变形影响行车安全的问题,以ZJY高铁隧道为对象,基于隧道底隆的处置实践过程与整治效果分析,对高铁隧道列车行车安全控制措施进行探讨,提出隧道底隆的预防与整治建议。主要结论有:(1)轨道顺坡精调只能短时缓解底隆导致轨道变形引起的轨道质量不良,而不能根除;(2)隧道底隆未根治而带缺陷开通运营,除导致工务维修工作量大幅攀升外,限速措施对运营秩序的冲击也不可小觑,底隆的最佳整治时间应在开通运营前;(3)正确勘察研判、针对性设计、严格科学施工是预防隧道底隆的前瞻性和根本性路径。实践证明:以隧底锚固为主要技术手段的整治方案对MPa级的高地应力型底隆是无效的,同时易产生不确定的行车安全风险;以辅助导坑进入正洞下方,构建柔性支护的中小断面导洞以阻断高地应力传递路径,是高地应力隧道底隆整治的方向性方案。 The bottom heave of an operating high-speed railway tunnel induces deformation of ballastless track,and further affects traffic safety.Accordingly,the driving safety control measures of high-speed railway trains are discussed and some suggestions on the prevention and remediation of tunnel floor heave are put forward based on analysis of the treatment practice process of floor heave of a high-speed railway tunnel.The main conclusions are drawn as follows.(1)The fine adjustment of track along a slope can only relieve the poor track quality caused by floor heave-induced track deformation temporarily,but cannot eliminate it.(2)If the tunnel is open for operation with bottom heave disease,not only the maintenance workload would be greatly increased,but the operation order would be greatly affected.The optimal rectification time for floor heave is before operation.(3)The prospective and essential way to prevent tunnel floor heave lies in accurate investigation and judgment,targeted design,and strict scientific construction.The practical results show that the treatment scheme with anchoring technology for tunnel floor heave is invalid under MPa-level geostress,whereas an assistant flexible-supported small cross-section pilot tunnel will be a possible way to prevent tunnel floor heave under large geostress.
