摘要
为了解紫薯块根花青素含量积累与栽培因子的相互影响,以秦紫2号和紫罗兰块根为试验材料,设置不同覆膜方式、不同施肥方式与肥料梯度,对各处理下紫薯块根花青素含量进行测定。结果表明,与对照相比,不同施肥方式下紫薯块根花青素含量均有提高,具体表现为配施磷钾肥>单施磷肥>单施钾肥>对照;单施80 kg/hm^(2)磷肥处理的紫薯块根花青素含量最高,单施15 kg/hm^(2)钾肥处理的紫薯块根花青素含量最高,磷钾肥配比为7∶1处理紫薯块根花青素含量最高。不同覆膜条件下,与对照相比,紫薯块根花青素含量具体表现为覆黑膜>覆白膜>对照。
To understand the interaction between the accumulation of anthocyanin content in purple sweet potato root tubers and cultivation factors,Qinzi 2 and Violet roots tuber were used as experimental materials,and different mulching methods,different fertilization methods and fertilizer gradients were set.The anthocyanin content of purple sweet potato root tubers was determined.The results showed that compared with the control,the anthocyanin content of the purple sweet potato root tuber increased under different fertilization methods,and the specific performance was combined application of phosphate and potassium fertilizers>single application of phosphate fertilizers>single application of potassium fertilizers>control.For all fertilization gradients of single application of phosphate fertilizer,80 kg/hm^(2)had the highest anthocyanin content.For all fertilization gradients of single application of potassium fertilizer,15 kg/hm^(2)had the highest anthocyanin content.All fertilization ratios of combined application of phosphorus and potassium fertilizer,7∶1 had the highest anthocyanin content.Compared with the control,the anthocyanin content of purple sweet potato root tubers under different mulching conditions was black film coating>white film coating>control.
