摘要
介绍了弹簧式底吹氩装置的结构和失效原因,采用长行程全自动主动对接送气结构、全悬浮大偏移弹簧导向结构、耐高温软硬双重密封结构等改进方案,优化了钢包底吹氩自动对接装置的结构,提高了钢包底吹氩的可靠性和生产的安全性。
The structure and the failure reason of spring-type bottom argon blowing device are introduced,and then the Improvement Scheme were adopted,such as the structure of long-stroke self-opening and self-active docking gas supply structure,the structure of fulling suspension large offset spring guiding,and the structure of softly and hardlysealing with high temperature resistance,in which to optimizing the structure of automatic butt joint device for ladle bottom argon blowing,and the safety of production was improved.
