摘要
随着改革开放的深入发展,外资银行积极进入上海并服务实体经济。外资银行的发展是促进金融业对外开放的必要因素,外资银行在此进程中起到了不可或缺的作用。在上海金融业对外开放的背景下,外资银行如何有效实施本土化策略,服务上海实体经济并融入“上海服务”品牌战略是当务之急。文章从打造“上海服务”品牌的目标出发,聚焦外资银行的发展机理,通过分析外资银行的现状及其优劣探究外资银行融入“上海服务”品牌建设的潜力和发展方向,并提出外资银行发展的有效途径及其监管重点。
With the deepening development of reform and opening up in China,foreign banks actively enters Shanghai and serves the real economy.The development of foreign banks is the necessary factor to promote the opening of financial industry,and foreign banks play an indispensable role in this process.Under the background of Shanghai’s financial opening up,how to effectively implement localization of foreign banks,so as to serve Shanghai’s real economy and integrate into Shanghai’s service brand strategy is a top priority.The authors analyze the mechanism of foreign banks development from the perspective of building“Shanghai service”brand,and explore the potential and development direction of foreign banks’integration into“Shanghai service”brand construction.Additionally,we put forward the effective ways of foreign bank’s,development and the key points of supervision.
