无花果叶提取物对痔疮及炎症动物模型作用效果 被引量:7

Effects of fig leaf extract on animal models of hemorrhoids and inflammation

摘要 目的:考察无花果叶提取物对痔疮及炎症动物模型的作用效果。方法:分别采用巴豆油致大鼠肛门肿胀及二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀两种炎症模型和醋酸致大鼠肛门溃疡模型,考察无花果叶提取物对模型动物的作用效果。结果:与模型对照组比较,无花果叶中、低剂量组对巴豆油致大鼠肛门肿胀有较好的抑制效果(P<0.01,P<0.05);无花果叶高、中剂量组能显著降低大鼠肛门血管通透性的增加(P<0.05);无花果叶中、低剂量组对于醋酸导致的大鼠肛门溃疡也有较好的疗效(P<0.05);无花果叶中剂量组对二甲苯致耳肿胀具有很好的治疗效果(P<0.05)。结论:中剂量(原药材4g/kg)的无花果叶提取物对痔疮模型治疗作用显著,其对于痔疮引起的肛门肿胀、直肠血管通透性增加、肛门溃疡以及炎症反应均有很好的治疗效果,该研究为无花果叶治疗痔疮提供了临床前研究基础。 Objective:To investigate the effects of fig leaf extract on hemorrhoids and inflammation in animal models.Methods:Two inflammatory models as following:croton oil induced anal swelling in rats and xylene induced ear swelling in mice,and the other model was rats induced by acetic acid.These models were used to investigate the effects of fig leaf extract on animal models.Results:Compared with model group,the middle and low dose groups of fig leaf extract had better inhibitory effect on anal swelling induced by corton oil in rats(P<0.01,P<0.05),the high and medium dose groups can significantly reduce the increase of rat anal vascular permeability(P<0.05).Medium and low doses of acetic acid induced anal ulcer in rats also had good effect(P<0.05).Medium dose extract has good therapeutic effect on ear swelling caused by xylene(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mid-dose(the original medicinal materials 4g/kg)of fig leaf extract has a significant effect on the treatment of hemorrhoids model.It has a good therapeutic effect on the anal swelling caused by hemorrhoids.Fig leaf extract increased rectal vascular permeability,decrease anal ulcer and inflammatory reaction.This study provides a preclinical basis for the treatment of hemorrhoids with fig leaf.
