气相色谱-热能分析仪测定汽车内饰件中9种N-亚硝胺散发量 被引量:4

Determination of the emissions of nine N-nitrosamines from vehicle interior parts using gas chromatography with thermal energy analyzer

摘要 建立了气相色谱-热能分析(GC-TEA)同时测定汽车内饰件中9种N-亚硝胺散发量的方法。使用1 m^(3)环境舱对样品进行加热处理,Thermosorb N亚硝胺专用采样管进行气体采集,二氯甲烷/甲醇溶液对采样管进行洗脱后,样品溶液使用GC-TEA进行N-亚硝胺的测定,外标法定量。结果表明:9种N-亚硝胺在7~500 ng/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数(r^(2))均大于0.999,方法检出限和定量限分别为20 ng/m^(3)和40 ng/m^(3),回收率为90.0%~10^(6).3%,相对标准偏差均小于10%。该方法适用于汽车内饰件中N-亚硝胺散发量的检测。 The analytical method was developed for the simultaneous determination of nine N-nitrosamines from vehicle interior parts by gas chromatography with thermal energy analyzer(GC-TEA).A 1 m^(3) chamber was conditioned to a temperature of 65℃,a relative humidity of 5% and the air exchange rate of 0.4 h-1.A sample was inserted into the chamber and stored under the conditions for 2 h,then the air samples was collected by the thermosorb N tube which was specialized for N-nitrosamines.After elution with a dichloromethane/methanol mixture,the adsorbed N-nitrosamines were analyzed using GC-TEA and quantified by external standard method.There were good linear relationships for the nine N-nitrosamines in the concentration range of 7-500 ng/m L,with their correlation coefficients(r^(2)) larger than 0.999.The limits of detection and limits of quantification were 20 ng/m^(3) and 40 ng/m^(3),respectively,and the recoveries were in the range of 90.0%-10^(6).3%,with relative standard deviations less than 10.0%.This method is suitable for the determination of N-nitrosamines from vehicle interior parts.
