摘要
低温甲醇洗是一种物理洗涤法,以甲醇为洗涤剂,利用变换气中各组分在低温甲醇中具有不同溶解度的特点,用低温甲醇来脱除变换合成气中的CO2、H2S等气体,达到净化合成气的目的。结合两种工程设计实例对低温甲醇洗工艺设计进行分析比较,为低温甲醇洗工艺流程合理配置及优化设计积累经验。
Low temperature methanol washing is a kind of physical washing method,which uses methanol as detergent,and uses low temperature methanol to remove CO2,H2S and other gases in shift synthesis gas by using different solubility characteristics of components in shift gas in low temperature methanol,so as to achieve the purpose of purifying synthesis gas.In this paper,two kinds of engineering design examples are used to analyze and compare the process design of low-temperature methanol washing,so as to accumulate experience for reasonable configuration and optimization design of low-temperature methanol washing process.
